Why Workplace Mediation?
Conflicts in the workplace can affect morale, productivity, and team cohesion. Mediation is a structured, confidential process that enables parties to resolve disputes constructively – without formal grievance procedures or legal action.

Our experienced and accredited mediator offers a practical, people-focused approach to resolving disputes before they escalate.

• Mediation – over one day or two half days – 7hrs
• Prep – 1.5-2hrs
• Follow up – 1.5-2hrs

Up to 12hrs = £1200 plus VAT

A complete solution designed to support long-term resolution.

What’s included:

• Up to 2 hours of preparation (case review, stakeholder discussions, logistics)
• 1-day face-to-face mediation (up to 7 hours), within a radius of 50 miles of Cheltenham
  
• Agreement drafting following the mediation session
  
• 4 x 30 minutes of structured follow-ups:
  • 1 week
  • 1 month
  • 6 months
  • 12 months

Each follow-up session is 30 minutes and designed to support accountability and progress.

If you feel you or your team need any one-off or short top-up sessions following longer term support, we can provide this.
£240 + VAT per hour
