HR People Support worked with Gloucestershire Gateway Trust to develop and deliver Bridging the Gap, a fantastic pre-employment training programme to fill inclusive employment opportunities at Gloucester Services. Not only was participant feedback exemplary but two thirds of attendees have gained sustainable employment during a challenging labour market and become valuable colleagues for our business.
